YTMercedes  2019 North America Sprinter W907 speed limiter removal
I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter USA market. This is an ex-amazon delivery van. 

Please let me know if it is possible to remove the speed limiter. 

I also need to change the auto door locks so as to not auto-lock after 5 seconds of closing the door (even if leave smart key inside the car). I already accidentally locked the keys in the car.

I had same sprinter on last week,speedlimit locked,and all same.Do you have xentry,vediamo in staff?
And also,you have shout down engine after 1 min idling,right?If you have xentry,i can heplp you with without any of charge
