MGU FSC provisioning error

MGU FSC provisioning error
I have a 2019 G07 X7.
I have a current connected drive subscription that includes map updates, however its stuck on SWID 01562204. (Current is SWID 01562303)
I tried updating the maps with a USB of the latest, which didn't work and is now stuck on "Starting Navigation"
I contacted Connected Drive support. They told me "There is a provisioning error, and to take it to a dealer to open a TSARA.
I don't really want do to this...is there any way I can delete the current FSC and apply one from a repair pack or something?
I am handy with E-Sys, and I have the latest ISTA.

I think re-flashing solves many navi problems.

it worked for me as I couldn't read the map from the flash drive.

I just updated the I-level to the latest which included a HU update. Didn't seem to fix anything.

It’s looks like MGU hard drive malfunction for me. Check current map in Hu by ista

Release code valid for navigation maps with release date up to Apr 30, 2022 (SWID: 01562204).

You can only use this version -
Road Map North America LIVE 2022-2 (01562203)

latest version -
Road Map North America LIVE 2022-4 (01562209)

You need to renew your subscription to install the latest map, through the MyBMW app
