Why don't you attach a caesar test, it might help someone understand your problem.
On the other hand, if you indicate where you are from approximately...for the current price of a C3 at the moment, it may not be profitable for you to send to certain areas.

One of the common failures is the main cable from mux to laptop. But theres a fair few varieties in the market. Try use a multimeter on the cable first.
