Had the same issue previously on n47 and n57 , boost too low / sometimes boost too hight - problem was in intake manifold

thanks for posting..it is new mainfold installed..cause swirl flaps were burned and in bad shape..i think im dealing with some seonsor that is giving bad readings to ecu..car isnt here,i will work on it in 2 weekssmile

soon as come car comes back i will post it..next week it should be heresmileif it helps we had f30 318d and it was also lacking boost but it had only error on MAF seonsor..after testing drive i saw air mesaured on MAF was lower then needed and boost also..but at the full throttle egr was at 0 and boost and MAF value was ok..so we did EGR off and unplug it so that EGR doesnt open..with plugged egr it was not ok but soon as i unplug it i had boost and air..so this one was easy fix..i didnt do egr off,this solution had to have egr unplugged but i guess there is soulution with plugged..i hope this will help someone..and soon as second car comes i will update...

had similar issue with n57, for some reason there were no boost, after disabling egr all was good. so i think egr is open and ecu does not see that is open, and there for no errors are present.
