FRM DTC: 09CBB Short circuit fault.

It's possible reset counter reset via dump. I know tool32 make's the job but car is far away.

Sorry mate not sure I understand you. I could get the car and connect bmw standartools/tool32 and reset counter. This is the common procedure. In this case I prefer if someone knows how to reset via dump.
