Hello everyone, Just bought a R1250 2021 from an auction, and for my surprise it came without ECU module. finally got a used one and EWS, in short, everything is working, Did all work via ISTA, my problem is, I got a VIN from another Bike.
Does it possible to change it? and How?

It's not that simple!

1. This requires special tools, which are not cheap!
2. Of course, it also requires skill and knowledge,
3. You should know the system comprehensively!
4. If you rewrite the VIN in the ECU, EWS (BMS-O) then you will also need FSCs!
5. It should be rewritten the VIN everywhere (BMS, EWS, keys) for later sale...
This is a new vehicle, shouldn't it have been bought from a dealer? I mean orig BMS-O for orig VIN.
