Found it, but there must be something else that is wrong, cause i got the same errors.

Also tried with MSM & VCM turned on and the flashing went better but also with errors, i will post the log here.

MX51 will NOT do the trick because it NEVER came with NBT from factory.

P.S. Then you have plenty of SALAPA elements indicating US car. Although these do not change flashing, they will change coding.

Ok, so if i change the MX51 to one that came with NBT and also change the Salapa elements that will do the trick? do you know the code for an F11 with European body and left hand drive?

In my experience you will learn exactly nothing by just using files made by others...

P.S. I also realised why your SVT was that much broken - you used "HWIDs from actual" button on ESys 3.27 which breaks SVT too much... And you had to delete those two units because of that.

Actually I'm using E-sys 3.30.1 cause in 3.27 the Instep were greyed out.

And no I didn't use the Hwid from actual button.

What you are saying makes NO SENSE. You use 3.30.1 yet the SVT file you sent yesterday is CLEARLY in 3.27 format (3.30 uses DIFFERENT properties NAMING)! You did not click that button, yet SVT file you sent yesterday is broken in EXACTLY the way that button does it...

I started using the 3.27 until I realized it was not working with the Psdzdata files I was using, maybe I mixed some files perhaps?

I have the Nbt and Zbe up running on the bench yes.

Aparently i Choose Read (VCM) what you meant i should read was READ (ECU)?
Cause then i read ECU i only get NBT ZBE and ZGW but still get error then i try to calculate SVT.

I'm using Esys 3.33.4 now

Ok, now i went step by step

Created SVT_ist reading VCM, edited the file changed every RequestSVKResponse="false" to true, then made a SVT target calculation withouth a problem, saved the SVT_soll and finally did a TAL Calculation and also saved this withouth any problems.

So i started flashing of the ZBE this is what happened:

Read SVT before Tal Execution started

Tal execution started.
VCM Update: VCM update is deactivated. VCM will not be updated (C197)

and i see lots of error

Maybe i could try to change the VIN as the same in my car, since i will put the NBT,ZGW and ZBE into the car eventually.

I have Edited the original FA from my F11 and removed the Combox and added the 654 for DAB.

Zeikreterium 0714 and the typeschlussel FV91

Any inputs?
