Hi there guys, I am facing a bizarre problem on a W222 facelift. The client washed the car and soon after, turn signal started to show error in dash. Next day, LH headlight wouldn't start anymore. Replaced headlight ECU, but HLI_FL253 not detected anymore.If I plug both headlights, only HLI_FR253 is detected with a timeout error.
If I plug only RH headlight, HLI_FR253 detected and can be addressed with "communication to LH headlight missing"
If I plug only LH headlight, still HLI_FR253, but with "malfunction" telling me that maybe the wrong headlight is connected.
I measured pin 53 that gives MASTER/ SLAVE assignment, ground on LH, positive on RH, as it should. MEasured continuity to CAN PERIPHERAL in CAN lines, all ok.
I am running out of ideas.

disconnect right side headlight and keep only left side, do in моиасо side reset, then hard reset, now it will appear as hli_fl253 and hli_fr253 and continue your coding

There is no side reset for HLI in моиасо. Not supported by smrd, the assignment is hardware.

I have the same problem.
I cannot change the coding of the right side to the left in the HLI_FL253 module, i.e. it now recognizes it as HLI_FR253.
I cloned the variant coding from the old module.
All light channels work well, except the turn signal, of course.
I disconnected the right lamp, unfortunately I cannot change the settings in the left lamp so that the module reports as the left side.
I tried - жеитяу, no options, I once saw on another car the "delete side settings" option , Vёdїамо and DTS моиасо - I clicked everything, unfortunately the module is still on the right one.
