Hi, 

I made DPF and EGRoff with success but Engine MIL still blinking and inside the ECU is DTC P0000.
Car works fine without limp mode but with this blinking MIL.

Is there any solution to solve this problem?

I think that the P0000 is P2BAC error which can be find in ECU before mod file. So in mod file this DTC is off but in eobd2 i can see P0000 and engine light flashing.

take advantage of launch,autel,Star C4, and disable the DPF in the settings,
fill in the stock firmware and make sure that the lamp does not blink on it

I changed configuration of ECU….. EGR - no and DPF - no and ECU still have DTC P0000 and engine light on dash still flashing … OMG, it is crazy ECU
