I flashed a G05. First I wanted to do an Update with ISTA but ISTA wanted that I change some ECUs so I switched to Esys.
What I did: ICOM OEM connected to router, start Esys Read FA, Read SVT-IST (ECU), calculate SVT-SOLL HW from SVT-IST Calculate TAL.
Everthing went good except EGS RAM and ACSM. EGS is online but ACSM and RAM offline. I tried Flexray sync and Battery reset but I cant flash EGS. So tried again with ISTA but even ISTA cant programm EGS. Maybe someone can help me or had the same issue that I have. I also ready to pay for help because many experts dont have much time and time is money

Have you tried programming the control devices using the TAL calculation?
What information do you get when you perform a new SVT and TAL calculation?

when calculating new svt and Tal its say hwinstall for ACSM and RAM for EGS just flashing bl etc but when i try to Flash egs i get error after around 10%

So you are trying to flash a CLEARLY incompatible firmware. What ELSE do you expect? And of course you just press HW-IDs from actual because it's the MAGIC button (or you are just ignoring HW actions in TAL which is another MAGIC way).

Thank you for your answer, we figuerd out what the problem is. This is g05 is s pre production car where the enegeniers from BMW Tested the car and done some Programming so there was a Special can controller installed. Even when I changed the Hardware to TAL it would fail.
