Hello,
I bought a new radio from a RENO representative.
With Renolink I was able to Write the chassis of the car. The display doesn't turn on at all. I purchased a config module and token from the Renault site. I have a TACTRIX OPEN PORT adapter, I attach it to the car, it unlocks the Gateway, I run the configuration program, it reads the chassis, I say I want to configure the Multimedia and it gives me error "Are you sure there is only one J 2534 interface probe attached"

The Clio V use Easy Link units and these are locked by antitheft to work only on that car.
Can be replaced only with new units.
But also to configure new unit is not just to put VIN and that it's all.
If settings are not done properly will not start, or end in blockage once again and you can't even start up the unit.

What if tactrix does not know how to switch to renault multimedia pins ? 
try to use adapter : 6 -> 13 and 14 -> 12.

Most likely as megane scenic R-link2 need to be reset from the developer mode. 
So used radio need to be reset before take from a working car.
