Generator for 1B, DE and F0(Evo ID4 only).
It don't need Lookup.xml, simple select the date until which all Maps are valid, it mean Releasedate from Map.

- add possibility use directly generalPersistencyData_DiagnosticSWTController(downloaded from CIC with FTP)

- add F0 (NBT Evo ID4)
- add warning if detect generic VIN 1234567 and possibility change it to correct one
- now accept corrupted FSC-files with another header and cutted Signatur inside
