If you have system where is ZenZefi certificate and you want to extract or export it, you can do that with a few simple steps:

1. Stop ZenZefi services. For that you can just run file C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\bin\ZenZefi\stop_zenzefi.cmd or stop process "Zulu Platform x64 Architecture" from Task manager
2. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\ZenZefi\Data\ or C:\ProgramData\Mercedes-Benz\ZenZefi\Data\ (depends xentry version) and copy 2 files: zzA.cache, zzA.mv.db
3. Make a ZIP file with that 2 files (without password) and send it to free Telegram bot.
After that you can start ZenZefi services C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\bin\ZenZefi\start_zenzefi.cmd or just restart PC.

Attention! At the first you have to understand that bots author will have your certificates too! Yes it is truth, but i didn't find any other way for exporting certificates.

You can buy from the author standalone version and then you will be able to extract certificates only for you.By the way ,the author is the most reliable person in the world of mercedes things and he will never share your personal certificates with nobody.
