Hello,

I drive an F32 420D Coupe. Year of construction 07/2016 with head unit basis (HU-B) Business Navi

I wanted to create a service entry and the HU service manager did so.

I wanted to change the order chronologically and deleted all the entries.

After I wrote everything down again, I clicked on write and restart HU, after which the service history entry was no longer there.

How do I get the entrys back? I've tried a few times but it doesn't work.

Had this also and recovered it through tool32.

I first deleted all entries and then I used the values which were created by the service manager and entered them in tool32. I don’t remember if i restarted after each entry, but I got it working again.

I dont know how to use tool32.

Someone on bimmerpost said, that you have to write the service with hu service manager extended, after writing on HU you shoulnt restart the HU and lock the door and wait few minutes, then the menu should come back again.

Usually just delete all entries with HU service manager, then re-enter all services again.

Yes i´ve done that but i doesnt work. The Service History Menu on the i-Drive Screen is gone

When the vehicle is connected to BMW system the entries will be reloaded from the server.

 The menu reappears when an entry is created. Have you hit the delete all entries button in HU service manager?

I deleted the Entries
Write the new entries
After that the History Menu disappeared
