Exactly. The Addmin Client is useless when you do not have a license.

What can be happened!!? yesterdey the pc worked ,ispi admin and ISTA-D all ok.
Today i turn on my pc, ista-d don 't start!write : this device is not registered!!
I do not understand what is happened!

-Cryptographic Key was deleted
-HDD Serial was changed
-License Files is corrupted / deleted

Also wrong date in Windows can cause trouble.

Check the usage end date in the admin client.
Also check to see if license files exist in C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\config\iLean\

I have see in c:\programdata\BMW\ISPI\CONFIG\ILEAN there isn 't file license.

i looked in c:\programdata\BMW\ISPI\CONFIG\ILEAN\ispi admin client
there is one file! clientconfiguration.xml ,the data of file is today!
whenever i open ista-d,it is created clientconfiguration.xml.

Your Licence files are gone, thats for sure, because your folder with the license files has only one File.

Start with deinstallation of Admin Client!

Then go to:

1.) Load the File (Beta 3) (passwords are in the first thread from sangandi)
2.) Start the File
2.) Install Admin Client (Ispi Admin)
3.) Activate Admin Client. (Ispi Admin)

I have ispi admin client 3.1.6.0 .
unistall admin client 3.1.6.0 and install admin client 1.1.8?
