No it's for Flash Firmware over USB

Try to change your Icom again; after that disconnect Icom from
OBD Socket for a longer Time approx 10 mins.

Connect and see if it changed to what you want.

Still no change. I must be doing something wrong. It happens on both icoms. I can't even get it to take the Dchp as a temporary setting. It just keeps reverting to static ip

Do you try it on both ports ? 58000 and 60080

How do you now connect ICOM in ESYS for flashing? Do I need to connect via gateway URL?
