TIS is online Technical Information System. repair info and stuff like that. Calibration files are also in TIS online

Shouldn't someone who has access to this already have the files I posted? I'm not sure I understand the difference.

GDS2 eems to be communicating with my MDI but Tech2Win does not.

Can anyone tell me how to set it up?
