When try Flash rear camera, my NBT turn off and now give this error:

First of all, don't panic. Next, turn off ignition for one minute and then turn it on again. After this, try with esys if you can see the NBT. If you can't, then spend some time to explain what did you exactly do. And last, don't panic, it will not fix anything. Calm down man .

I have NBT Retrofit with adapter. Well, my F11 is from 2011.
I put the rear camera of the ECU and the ECU started flashing. At the beginning of the process, the radio hung up and did not call anymore. I can connect to NBT pro 169.254.199.99 because I have a direct network cable for the NBT.
My car has Ilevel 09/2011 and NBT had donor vin and ilevel of 3/2015
