For GDS2 version that you install from GTis v32 you can lease it using GTis v32 The futhure GDS2 versions need something else to lease it and activate it. GM MDI Managet is actually the driver and you have to have installed but need connection between MDI and Manager when you will usr the tool with Tech2win or GDS2. The diagnostics to do is simple.
