Hi everybody, i make swap in e46 330ci 231hp 2001, SMG to manual 5
Mechanic done.
All the car is coded, no faults no lights.
Only one problem, can not go more than 4000 RPM.
DME MS43 can not be coded, so i need someone who can modify the flash , or send me flash from 330ci 2001 MT

What zb number have dme? Last sign is "2"? Most of cases auto/smg have "2" on last place in zbnumber, manual had "1". I always Flash dme for manual transmission by winkfp

Once whole car is coded correctly with NCS Expert, then clear dme variant adaptations. The dme flash for ms43 was the same for auto and manual, but not sure if for smg.
You can use realoem to determine the correct zb for manual, and then flash with WinKFP. I would not use aftermarket flashing/chiptuning to convert this car.

HI,

WinKFP will flash latest, available ZUSB nummer, based on existing ZUSB number...

To your problem, can you read the DME with NCS Expert?

It's the same zb for auto/smg/manual.

Just clear variant adaptation.

The "coding" for this DME is all stored in adaptation sector.
There is no NCS Expert for this...

I did all the hard work but forgot to disconnect SMG module  
Everything is working great, no need to reflash...
