I have orblem when turn on the laptop windows restart autumaticlly and givethis bluescreen error

Change the SATA setting in the BIOS of your laptop.

I have problem. I restored image with no problem. I want install WIS 2014. After install i try run WIS but a see only this:

I need help. I cant modify "Internet Options" I have admin rights.
Where is problem. Whay cant run WIS?

goto admin tool....
input valid EPC and WIS Key...

if finished

go to c:\programme\ewa\config
choose um_cfg.xml
open with notepad

Replace line 50 from
<PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterStart”>30</PARAMETER>
to
<PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterStart”>-1</PARAMETER>

And Replace line 52 from
<PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterReinitialization”>480</PARAMETER>
To
<PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterReinitialization”>-1</PARAMETER>

save and reboot computer...
