have you tried after read ECU and active FA to right click on IHKA and code only?

Or install LCI panel on ihka(not IHKA3) ecu. Compare part number ihka and panel

bizone=double zone
Write you 7 digit vin and part number of ihka and panel. I did retrofit before few days on my f30 ihka3 and new panel(LCI).
Successfully retrofit on BMW F30 335xi 248,302,3AG,430,5AG,5AS,6NS,8TH,IHKA3
