Hello, does anyone has tips on how to restore 2020 Genuine ICOM NEXT, did a firmware update and it failed, tried using usb emergency flash it completes the store but when it starts to update then it errors out LAN stays solid and the other other lights flashes RED

You can restore it, but you need to remove the flash and eeprom upload dumps there.
Only then can recovery be done.

I do not advise you to continue restoring with a flash drive, this can lead to more serious damage!

You need to take dumps from another working ICOM and change the serial number to yours in 24LC128. After replacing the chips, you need to restore the firmware with the version that was in the donor.

This solution is not a cure for all breakdowns. It might help if ICOM open recovery mode but does not recover. The flashing of red LEDs when the green LAN is on indicates that the processor is going into a cyclic reboot and there can be many reasons.
