You must your ICOM to configure as MOST_ASYNC_ab625, use Easy Connect.

Lets start from the beggining. I got WinKfp configured. ICOM set to MOST_ASYNC_ab265, other modules updates go without problems, but when I try to update CIC (retrofitted to preLCI car) 62 and 63 doesn't recognize new software for update, when I put it manually WinKfp shows error that wrong ZUSB number

I programmed that CIC, the problem was with WinKfp, it programmed all modules instead of CIC. Now it is working

Correct order is:

63 via ICOM
62 via ICOM
A0 via ICOM

You need to connect ICOM interface also on MOST connector otherwise you will brick your cic if you try it to do by OBD/DCAN only.
