BMW F31 acc retrofit help
hello, I retrofitted the ACC on a BMW F31, the system works and there were some errors, I took the BMW to calibrate it, thinking that was the case, but it remains the same. it works for a while and then the error. anyone had a similar problem?
I read these faults with bimmerlink. 1C Integrated chassis management 3 errors 4827BF: LDM function HighLevel operational readiness ACC sensors 48002C: LDM function - high-level operational readiness brake control unit D01B2A: Signal error (actual position EPS, ID: AVL_PO_EPS) - Invalid 29 Dynamic stability control MK60 E5 3 errors 4809AB: Global power supply - external undervoltage D35A53: Signal error (actual steering angle front axle, ID: AVL_STEA_FTAX) qualifier D35A62: Signal error (lateral acceleration center of gravity, ID: ACLNY_MASSCNTR) - qualifier 5D Camera-based driver assist system 1 error E06C43: Signal Status_Availability_Kette_Bremsung received invalid or brake chain not available |

Hello, faults with ista in attachment.
it says ACC misadjusted, but the same was calibrated by BMW. and 2 faults appear in the ICM. Any help? Thanks. |

Did properly Code everything? With SA Codes did you use?
Does ACC Sensor show up Correctly |

Yes, i code 5AS already fitt and add 5DF.
sometimes it is 1 or 2 days without fault and then the fault appears and does not call for a while. I flash DSC, ICM, FRR, KAFAS, FEM to same ilevel. I do not know what else to do. |

I would check the wiring. Had it on an G30 ones. Sensor went on and off. After 4 Hours searching i found a plug that was bad.

I will check. but if it was something in the wires you should receive an error message in the ista type disconnected no?

Did you correctly mount the acc radar bracket? Also if I remember correctly the lower bumper support is different with and without ACC where you put the bracket on. Has that been changed or not needed for your car?
