Or use used one with ECU from same car+emulator

If you replace only the camera with a compatible or same part number item then it will work.

I am not sure about any calibration though ...

EDIT

I gave wrong info, I meant to add replace camera AND ECU with “married” units, that is what I did ... sorry for any confusion.

ECU and camera are paired by camera's serial number. If they're different, then it won't work. So you need to buy camera+ecu from the same car and use nivi adapter to install them into another car.

Or worst case spend 3000 Euro for a new cam. Or code it out from the car and remove it finaly.
