Is blue relay clicking when you switch on and off ignition?
Also search for the ground - that's enough to prevent start |

Just to be sure it is indeed an immo problem maybe you can look at some live data from the CAS or DME with ISTA to see if starting the engine is enabled. If you can't find any relevant data there maybe you can have a look with tool32 in CAS and/or DME. Look at some status_... commands regarding starting,wegfahrsperre,starter lock,...
Executing status commands in TOOL32 does not harm anything, they just report status like the name implies. If it's not immo related you know what to do
