So I've retrofitted the automatic tailgate opener on my 2015 F10. I have just added the button that closes the boot and also has the button to close and lock the car. I have wired this from pin 4 of the boot button to pin 11 of the CAS. I have VO coded the CAS with 322 and 316 but the boot will not close and lock on pressing the lock button.

Does anyone know what I can FDL code to enable this? I've spent abot 2 hours translating FDL codes from E-sys and I'm stumped?!?

Did you install the Spindle drives for automatic trunk lid mechanism?
Such as 51247207009 and 51247207010.

Yes, the boot has been functioning correctly for the last 3 months but I just decided to install the button for comfort access that has 2 buttons, one to close the trunk the other to close trunk and lock the car. It’s all wired as per ISTA, maybe I need to VO code the cas and HKFM and allow the car to sleep. Something definitely isn’t right, surely it’s as simple as coding CAS and HKFM.

It worked flawlesly on an F25 2013 prod date, while it didnt work on F25 2012 prod date.

I'm wondering if this actually requires the correct CAS for Comfort Access. I kinda hoped that this small part thing would work on any CAS as its just required to sense the lock button has been pushed as opposed to enabling any more intricate functions of comfort access. I can't seem to find any specific FDL code in the CAS or HKFM for this function? Can anyone shed some light?
