On G05 BDC sw is ABSOLUTELY the same. Just HW and coding. OPs ESys calculation would also have shown different sw IF it would be that simple...

All cars that I made was 18-20 year, maybe sw just too old, and need update, but I newer change bdc on g05, always work from factory

I removed 2VW and here is the result, no change in BDC...

Car have now latest S18A-23-07-558 ilevel.

So there are 2 options now - HW is missing or SW is different. Izm, did you make 322 retrofit on G05 already with original BDC?

Ah ok, it has N63 engine, which you also need to change to get different BDC...

According pictures ACSMS need hardware action (replace, may be also some wiring needs, see newtis), VDP sofware action and also seems 2 excessive modules (must be 32, is 34- something mistake?).

Calculate software plan with ISTA with FA added 322 and see, what happens. If modules need replaced, then ista says now needed modules part numbers.

Kuno24 thank you for your response but with all the respect I think you did not read the whole thread and did not catch the whole point what is going on here.

I will try to make more SVT calculations to get BDC body difference. I am attaching BDC_BODY3 unit sw and hw number description by bimmerutility.

This is confusing.

So it SEEMS like G05s which had 2VW were NEVER sold with 322 (at least with 19-07 factory levels, I have not checked others). Thats why ESys has no idea what BDC you need to have for 322 because of 2VW.

for this build dated car, it was possible to order 322 and 2VW - there was no restrictions, that 322 wasnt able to order with 2VW.

Hey guys, it looks like the problem is SOLVED!

Don´t ask me where was the problem but the keyless and smart tailgate opener started to work after few days itself... Only one handle is not working, front right. I need to check the connection and try to change it with the one in rear doors but this is now just a small issue.
