ICOM A3 - problem ??
hi ,
ICOM A3 - it won't identify E series BMW models but working fine on F-series any idea ? it is sw problem or the interface ? thanks |

Whole E series ? E90 and E36 for example.
F series --> Ethernet connection. E90 --> D-CAN part inside your ICOM has to be checked. E36 --> K-line part inside your ICOM has to be checked. My tip: Try to buy a original ICOM. Works great. |

Better choice is OEM ICOM Next A. Judging by your question about Icom A3 you must be looking at Chinese crap. There is no such thing as A3 (except from china) so you must also be looking at Chinese "Next A" which is essentially the same as A3 just in different case. So still crap.
