IPO OR DATEN FILES FOR F.xx Series?? Urgent
hello would someone be kind to point me in the right direction. Is there NO daten files available for the F.x Series, or is there one available? The only latest daten files i know of are v66 but still doesn't have the Daten folder for f series? so confused im just trying to update some modules. thanks

F and G series use psdzdata, you find them on latest ISTA+ or psdz links on this forum.

That and you need to use esys (or ISTA+), plus some good knowledge of these systems before you go wild with updating.
