i am in progress of fitting an NBT EVO ID6 in my F11.

Now i need to flash/code my unit and i wonder if i should use/create an VO from an G-series (F031) or an F-Series (F031).


I red that i need to use F-Series because in G Series the activation of units is not possible?

any thought on this?

What SALAPA-Elements should i add to get the "full" Navi/Apps/carplay/etc. features?

Use F8x F3x for Flash and use your own FA for coding only
You may need to add 6AE/6AK to your FA
6CP is not valid for F10 so it won't do anything. Just enable it manually.
You can flash G series Evo using F series FA no problem.

Yes I have retrofitted it to my F11 2011/12. Used Bimmerretrofit prelci pnp emulator. I did gps addon to my id5 unit, but I`m starting to suspect that the blox gps was faulty so I dont get gps fix atm. Will change it later.
