Did you code the amp with NCS to your car/FA after the flash?

Yes, I did flash in expert mode.

I did a default but I did not copy over the FA/VO.

I thought only FRM and CAS needed that info...

The radio has little to do with this amplifier, check or try to encode the CCC / CIC.

UPDATE: I defaulted the CIC and still no audio from AM/FM. audio from other sources (aux/usb) works ok.

So , problem is with Your CIC not with AMP.

I have similar issues. Do you have any solution?

I had to replace the amp in the end. once i replaced the amp everything started to work as it should.
