MB W204 ELV problem
MB W204 elv die, after someone has repaired elv worked 2 weeks and die again. If i replace it with a new ELV, bind it to EZS only online (SCN) ? And if i replace with used ELV replace NEC cpu from old will be sufficient?

YOU CAN TEST,SWAP NEC CHIP
IF DONT WORK,NEC BLOCKED,YOU NEED NEW ESL AND ORANGE KEY |

Try to search for a new electric motor ,its common problem on this car .
Check the brushes! |

Do you have links? I repair a few ESL every week and very few have problems afterwards.

HUF(the manufacturer of the ESL) put a motor for 1 cent. The older ESLs use less than 2 amps, the 204 ESL is using 4-5 amps.
06-11 Nissan Altima have a very similar ESL and it fails in a very similar fashion. |
