Good afternoon, I have an icom A2, which has stopped working. The leds do not light up.

I have checked the voltages on the components:
46V3216 I have 3.10 volts
KSZ8893MQL I have 3.24 volts
Atmel 16L I have 3.24 volts
ISP1562BE I have 3.24 volts
S29GL064A11TFIR2 I have 3.24 volts
K9F2G08U0BPCB0 I have 3.24 volts

According to what I have seen in the datasheet of the 46V3216 component, they work at 2.5 volts.
I'm trying to look on the board where that power comes from and I can't find it.
If someone can help me please I would appreciate it.

Hello

I have checked resistor R101 and I have 22k ohms.
Resistor R102 is 10k ohms.
In the resistor R101 at one terminal I have 3.1V and it produces a voltage drop of approximately 2.21 volts, at the output of the resistor I have 0.80 that go to R102 which has 10K and derives to ground.
I check the pin of R101 that I have 3.1V and I have continuity with pin 1 of the integrated 46V32M16.
I have checked the voltage at C44 and R11 and indeed I have 2.5V.
Pin 1 of the integrated 46V32M16 gives me continuity with the choke coil 3R3.
I don't understand where the problem could be.
It is as if the design of the board was designed so that the integrated 46V32M16 would work at 3.1V.

I don’t understand the logic of your actions and it’s certainly not the voltage on the RAM, the processor will start even if there is no voltage on the RAM

Sorry for the previous message, the multimeter marked me wrong.
Resistor R101 has a 27k resistor, I replaced it with a 22K resistor and now pin 1 of the 46V32M16 chip has 2.55 volts.
One of the 46V32M16 memories is internally shorted.
I can indicate that with the 46V32M16 memories removed, the icom does not illuminate any LED
I have bought 4 new 46V32M16 memories and I am waiting for them to arrive to put them on.

Hello, I sent my A2 PCB for MCU reball.
Wheni received it back, no LEDs were on, when i powered it up.
I found out broken fuse on bigger PCB.
After replacement burned component circled on the picture.
I borrowed this picture from this thread.
I have Wifi card connector above this component.
PCB had some flugs residue on this side.
I cleaned it later. My bad.

Hi guys , today I have conected my Icom a2 to a car and there was no leds turning at all  it was working yust fine for 7 years until this day.. I open it , make quick visual inspenction but nothing obvius was faund..also cheked some smd fuses that I find but none of them looks blown.. I hope someone can point me what else could I chek bofere I throw it out...
