Hello guys,


After retrofitting the ACC2 sensor I have an issue with D17C - CAN message received with Fault Value - Engine Torque.

This is an ACC2 retrofit on an E60 2006 BY 530xd, SA541, not LRR or something else.

ACC works 10/11 times and on that 1 time it will throw the error and stop it from being activated once more. I've read about the resistor in the plug itself, but I believe ACC2 doesn't have the resistor inside it or maybe I might be wrong?

So far what we've done :

• Flashed DME to latest
  
  
• Removed DPF/EGR/TVA
  
  
• Tried using totally diffrent flash on DME
  
  
• Fixed EEPROM to remove Internal Fault
  
  
• Tried with 2nd eye
  
  
• Recalibrated eye
  
  
• Recheked all wiring as per Newtis
  
  

Issue still remains...

Attaching below the exact faults codes from ISTA.

Can anyone point me in some directon, maybe something I have missed?

Updated all modules on PT-CAN - no result.
