Yes. Option 536 doesn’t work on pre LCI models. Put SHSX in HO-Wort in VO. Also you must install LCI IHKA controls. Done that last week. I was wondering why it is not working until I installed new AC control panel

What is the number of the IHKA that you installed?
Can you tell me the wire from the webasto W-bus where you connected the IHKA?

If you don’t know what is VO and HO-Wort how did you coded 536 option? These are basics
As far I know original Webasto from F25 uses LIN bus to communicate and it goes to plug A95*2B - PIN 11

I could not add SHSX, it gave me an error when I calculated VO.

But I tried SHSZ, that one worked, it now added "Auxiliary heater retrofit".. And i coded all ecu except ACSM (I don't want to mess with airbag module)...

I now have "auxiliary heater" as option in HU-unit(display).... But it still does not work..
The webasto auxiliary heater keeps turning on and off it's water valve (I hear a clicking sound)...

ISTA-D say the auxiliary heater is locked, I have tried to unlock it but it only make the water valve stop clicking.. at least until I power of the car.. then the water walve start to click again and I have to "activate"(unlock) the auxiliary heater with ISTA-D..
But ISTA-D always say the heater is locked...

Should I add another HO-Wort code?
Should I have both 536 and SHSZ in VO?

If Webasto is visible in Ista, then no issue with IHKA, beacause LIN-bus is working. Work trough reason, why Webasto is locking.

Check attached picture. Ignore “OMSA” in the screenshot and add “SHSX” instead. Or post your FA .xdf file.

In F25 there is no SHZ module in ISTA tree. IHKA controls it.

So, I will post pictures of what I have activated, but the oven did not work.
Wads from Webasto go directly to IHKA on pin.11.
I coded the CIC and activated the additional heater and it shows it.
Also, I posted a picture from the Webasto diagnostic equipment about the Webasto stove itself and IHKA information.
I also wanted to ask if there is something to write in the SHSX file?
Tomorrow I will try to change the SHSX to OMSA as suggested by Krysiaman

OMSA- Ohne motor start automatik- don't write bullshit
Write to FA 536- this must work, attached picture from AOS portal .
Then code IHKA, CAS and CIC

Also attached Webasto retrofit manual for this car. In this manual is not suggested to exchange IHKA.

Other way, if you don't have basic knowledge for using Esys, use Ista. Or ask remotely help via Teamviewer. You must have installed also Ista and INPA for F-series and working.

Why you use Webasto Thermo Test for diagnose? Is the installed Webasto BMW original brand or Webasto brand? If the last, then it may be not suitable to IHKA LIN-bus. You must know what to do.
