Smart 450 600cc gasoline after engine rebuild - CAN problem
Hello everyone,
I was rebuilding the mechanical part of the engine and when I put the engine back in the car, errors appeared in ZEE - B1014 No Can message form control unit N3/10 (MEG motor electronics control unit). And then in Instrument cluster B1310 - The maximum waiting time was exceeded. No CAN message from control unit N3/10 (MEG motor electronics control unit). There are no errors in the other modules. The car starts, runs for a few seconds at high revs and shuts off. The single bar flashes on the Instrument cluster. I checked all the CAN low and CAN high wires, I checked the resistance measurement between (by disconnecting the components also) and the voltage from the MEG/ECU - everything is as it should be. I checked all fuses, relays as well (under the seat as well). I checked the grounds as well. The car was working perfectly normally before the engine rebuild. Has anyone had a similar problem, because I really don't know where else to check. I'm totally stuck with it now. Kind Regards from Croatia |
