cas / cluster bench setup
11/27 UPDATE: SEE PAGE 5 , POST#41 FOR WORKING DIAGRAM.
hello everyone. im trying to build a bench setup so that i can test cas keys/cluster on bench. i got the following parts from a junked vehicle to start with: obd2 port cas3 cluster key holder start button. now, from looking online i gathered this is the pinout for connections for each module. now i know this might not be right, im sure their is something im missing that will make this all work together. if anyone can guide me or help me i would highly appreciate it. thank you. i made this quick drawing on how i think it should be connected or at least give me an idea on connections. |

Your bench can speed is 100 kb/s, but d-can is 500. If your dcan adapter not switchable, you must use gateway. I do it with e70 jbe.

thank you, i knew it wasnt going to be that simple.
so ill need something like image below. any emulator out there i can use instead of this? hopefully i can locate one at the junker. |

You need minimum:
CAS + key socket + button JBBE (in jbbe there are 3 CAN buses, one for obd2, the other for DDE, DSC, EPS, EKP. Third to CAS, KOMBI, CID, ZBE, KLIMA, MRS, FRM, PDC, FZD ...)
