How about the air gap?  I believe they are sensitive and should be 0.55mm.

Yap, scope signal at ECM,

if signal good drive car while reading engine speed live. Note what engine speed you see when car stalls.

Bad DME or Bad timing....

SOLVED.
Turns out the earth strap on the DME on bank 2 was loose. Luckily nothing has been damaged due to the loose earth connection!
