For the second, I have two interfaces with a similar PCB and they are good quality with a real PIC 18F458. Take a look at your PIC on the green PCB. It has the inscription PIC 18LF458. It is probably fake. |

RE: OP-COM 2020 FREE 4 ALL
Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, with either version, I can't read any live data ( measuring blocks) on any vehicles after 2012. This is normal for all clone opcom versions? Or should I look for a better clone? |

RE: OP-COM 2020 FREE 4 ALL
First of all you have to upgrade and then downgrade the firmware of your interface.
Do this operation once or twice. Then test the interface. If you still connect to the car and it is not blocked then you have a good clone. Do this test using OCFlash or even OP-COM software to upgrade ( only ) the firmware. In OP-COM softwares you can see live data no problems. Well in some of them there are bugs , in others the crack used generate bad live data. But not in all as you said. Let us know the result of upgrade/downgrade the firmware. Good luck |

Just use the Opcom 181022a (Fantomels) software and your FW will be automatically changed to the last real version 1.67. But if I am not mistaken your current FW is Chinese 1.95. Then you would have to use OCFlash. |

I have op-com (clone) purchased in 2014 with PIC18F458 and FT232RL. What can the latest software handle?
From what I remember it was sold with V1.45. |
