I was using the FEMToEvo portal to generate ssd files for e series, now they won´t support that anymore:

   

Is there any other good portal where you can generate them?

The simple AOS access will be terminated. Now the full tariff must be booked for +4000€. Many portals have worked with normal AOS access

I have no idea where you got that info. And don't even know where to start...
First, it's 3575 per year, not +4000. You can also pay hourly as before.
Second, ETK and some others are still free, and ETK is ENOUGH (short of ex-works battery type) to make yourself SSD, xml or whatever files you may need. Don't know how portals worked.
The only thing which was removed is smaller price for yearly AIR access.

3575,- without taxes, yeah. You can pay per hour, day, week, month and per year. Also using only AIR doesn´t cost ~70,- anymore.

   

Sure I can make myself a ssd, but it was so simple to click and download a ssd, which safes a good time amount
