I try to generate a key, with the keygen, but it does not work:
"Click on the checkbox to generate key and lease. If you are doubtful check both.
WARNING!!!!
This program will overwrite any GDS2 key/lease it encounters and generate new ones.
Make sure to backup your license files before running this program.

Unable to generate key;

Lease generated in:
C:\ProgramData\GM\TIS2WebProxy\.dls\.lreg\infiniteLease.dat"

I can't generate a key. I tried to stop windows defender, opened it with admin rights.. nothing works

I have the same problem on Virtual machine.
Tried with Win10 x86 and Win10 x64.
The same problem -  Unable to generate key.
As result - No valid lease found.
Locally on Win11 keygen works fine even without installed GDS2
