a observation: after install the app and connect the interface W7 don't find automatically ... you need to search in x:\SIDIS\HOME\DBASESYS2\DRIVER\EDIC\WIN2000\*.inf , "update" the driver and indicate the path to "inf" file...
And it's works...for me
