Beginner Questions :-)
Hello everybody,
first, sorry for my poor english  I'm pretty new in this Forum and of course, I have a lot of questions....  I've read many threads but this is all new for me... I don't know the abbreviations and there meanings... : But sure I will learn... I have an MPPS flasher (OBD), bought on ebay and read the File (is this the ECU?) from my VW T4 Transporter. I send this File to a "Garage-Chiptuning-Company" and get an "tuned" file back. Everything works fine - but every File costs 300€! My Idea: I have a lot of friends with the same T4 (same engine). I want to put the "tuned" file to there cars, but it does'nt work. I read somthing about lock/unlock/remap?! How can I Unlock these files an put it to theire cars? Does i need WinOLS? I Think i have to change the control-unit-id? Right? I hope you can help me.... Attached you find the original and the tuned File... Kind Regards |
