Just remove all the files inside the following folder (copy paste %Temp%\Cache)

It's cache-date check. Deletion appears to be failing.

I cant find this map where is it? Do i have to look in the C drive or is it in the windows map in the C drive ?

You have to delete the files inside the folder c:\windows\temp and inside c:\users\your username\appdata\local\temp.

To see these folders you have first set them to visible in the folder options "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
Also for c:\windows\temp you have to take over the ownership.
