I've never had a problem with firewall, on windows 7 it requests permission for an unblock. But I will retry with firewall off and AV disabled.

Anyone ever found the solution to this issue? No ISTA/P Session can be created. I know the server is your PC. What IP Address can I use if I do it manually?

You need to add the file into the WSM folder in ISTA-P to make it find a session simple fix you can find it in the Torrent file or in this website PM me if you need help via a remote session.
