Hello, I need help, I recently bought this programmer, and I need to read micro mc9s12dp512 from a bsi citroen c3 valeo .... I do not know how to connect to read can you help me ?? Can you read on the plate?

What excacly you wanna do withthis bsi ? If you want swap with another one dont need to read mc9s12dp512. As i know this kind of bsi has 95160 or 95128 eeprom . This is the one you must swap. Can you send a photo of the other side of bsi ?

Firstly,connect the device to the pc,obverse the led light,the red led should light always,the yellow led should blink.if the yellow led doesn't blink,you should change a usb port or pc to have a try.
Secondly,if the yellow led is blinking,please install the driver under the folder "driver",then reconnect USB and check the reading is ok or not

i tried on other pc but same issue
only red light is on ,, the yellow one not blink
USB Cable and drivers are ok .. because i can detect my SN and fw version

My problem is simmilar. I am able to see serial nr and FW version but the RED light stays on all the time. i try to reinstall ftdi drivers, change usb port/cable and change computer/laptop. stioll the same. any help ???

Guys i need some help my vvdi is acting up when trying to read frm3 or cas modules it gives me FREQUENCY ERROR FAILED or ID C482 i tried multiple modules and also installed the software on 3 different laptops same problem it worked on one of the laptops and next day its same problem
