I mean this is if the Language is english, German Language the Time to Start is normal. I mean there is no Chance to change this, also you take the sqlite from version 3.48

It's a bug and you need to wait for version 3.50.xx, this should fix the problem.

I have same problem, with 3.47.10 it works. After update from 3.47.10 to 3.49.10 this funktion in not available

The installation of the .NET Framework 4.5.2 will solve the "Operations" -> "New" -> "Basic Features" issues.
