Have you installed SQLite DBs correctly? If so, what version?
All versions have different registry value, so we need to know your current sqlite db version to be able to help you.
If you use ISTALauncherConsole to update your database files and/or sdp, registry will be filled in automatically.

I unrar .istapackages EN, DE, OTHER to SQLiteDBs folder as usuall. I dont install it with launcher. I always use standalone. Now I am installing netframework 4.7 and vcredist 2017 (both x64 and x86)... maybe it helps

Have you unlocked archive before extracting??? Its the most usual problem for getting that error!

Therefore use 7-zip. Not need unlock file before extracting.

I added testmoduls from previous versions, check somthing, and forget delete them.
They do not interfere with the work of ISTA.
In torrent I delete them.

Anyone know how to make ISTA D start in full screen automatically? Of course I can put it manually into full screen each time, but would be nice if it started in full screen.

You can double-click on the top of the window to open the program for the entire screen.
For those that need some specific resolution, you need to open the ISTAGUI.exe file through WinHex or Notepad ++ and find the numbers 1024 and 768 (each occurs 3 times),
And correct it.
